Support answers questions about Search configuration, Mini App access, the Subscription and Trial, payment status, refunds, privacy and data requests, and technical issues.

2. What to include in your request

Depending on the issue, include only the information that is needed:

  • your Telegram username or account link;
  • the Nova order number;
  • the provider's invoice or payment identifier;
  • a description of the Search and the expected behavior;
  • the date and time when the issue occurred;
  • screenshots, if they help show the issue;
  • the transaction hash for a cryptocurrency-payment question.

Do not send personal data that is not needed to review your request.

3. Support security

Nova Leads support never asks for:

  • a Telegram login code;
  • a seed phrase;
  • a private key;
  • a cryptocurrency-wallet password;
  • an exchange password;
  • full payment-card details.

4. Response time

A fixed 24/7 response time is not guaranteed. Requests are reviewed within a reasonable period, taking into account the complexity of the issue and any need to check with the payment provider or review technical logs.

5. Payment questions

A browser redirect or screenshot does not confirm payment. The Subscription is activated only after Nova Leads receives verified, final confirmation of a successful payment.

For a cryptocurrency-payment question, provide the order number, invoice or payment identifier, transaction hash, asset, network, and amount. Never send secret wallet information.

6. Privacy questions

Requests to access, correct, or delete information relating to the User, as well as account and data verification requests, are handled through support.

Some records may need to be retained for legal reasons, security, dispute resolution, or the technical integrity of related data. Learn more in the Privacy Policy.
